It will be the 3rd EP of yuurei shimai. The song itself was completed almost at the same time as the 2nd "in the middle", but it took a little time to finish. Like the 2nd album, this album is composed mainly of songs inspired by guitar sounds. The elements of digital instruments such as synths have faded further, giving a more primitive feel. Each song has a little noise from the guitar amp, but I took it as a master take without question.
tr2. "negative intentions" was previously released under the name of sappow with an electro-pop feel, but it didn't fit well and was removed from the catalog for a long time. I was able to reappear here as a yuurei shimai's song.
tr3. "yuurei shimai" is a self-titled song. I think that this almost instrumental song, which is composed by sprinkling images of ghost stories, has succeeded in embodying the image of yuurei shimai. I feel like I'm addicted to the performance with a rough guitar sound.
There are no guests for the songs included in this “the fire EP”. All-self production. We are currently working on the next work of the yuurei shimai and adding new members again. Please look forward to.
Finally about the artwork. Artwork drawing is by sappow. The design was done by nzworkdown again this time. He did a very nice design job. For the design, I asked him to listen to the song and create it with that image in mind. I'm really happy that he made a visual that makes me imagine the "the fire" of the title track. I believe that sound and visuals are very closely related, so I hope you will enjoy this EP, including the artwork.
